Direction to use

• Soak in filtered water for about 3 hours.
• After the water boils, put the bird's nest in a stew pot and simmer on high heat for about 30 to 45 minutes. Then add other condiments and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Amount to use:

• 1. Eat one or two meals per week, one bowl at a time.
